Refunds and cancellation

These rules apply to both ScreenWick (in-store screens) and LotteryWick (ticket case board and lottery inventory). Each product is its own plan with its own payments.

Free trial

Each product starts with a 30-day free trial, no card needed. If you pick a plan during the trial, the first charge comes when the free days end. If you don't pick one, the product pauses when the trial ends; your content and data are kept.

30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked

Within 30 days of your first payment for a product, the account owner can refund every payment for that product with one button on the Billing page (or by email). This covers monthly plans and every prepaid term, including the credit card fee. The product then pauses; your content and data are kept. The guarantee can be used once per product per account. Refunds go back the way you paid: card and bank payments automatically, checks by check. After the 30 days, payments are not refunded.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans renew until you cancel. Cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard; the plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, then pauses. We don't refund partial months.

Prepaid terms

Prepaid terms are priced at the monthly price × 12 × the years paid and include free months: 1 year = 13 months, 2 years = 28, 3 years = 43, 4 years = 60. They do not renew; we email you 30 and 7 days before the end. 1-year terms are paid up front. 2, 3 and 4-year terms can be paid in full or in 2, 3 or 4 equal monthly payments; if a payment is not made within 7 days of its due date, the product pauses until it is.

How you pay

US bank account (ACH) or check at no extra cost, or credit card with a 3% card fee shown before you pay and listed on your receipt. Debit and prepaid cards are not charged the fee.

Plan changes

On a monthly plan, moving to more or fewer screens takes effect at once and is prorated on your next invoice. During a prepaid term you can move up at any time and pay only the difference for the days left; moving down happens when the term renews. ScreenWick extra screens (on the 10-screen package) are priced per screen per month and follow the same rules.

Discount codes

Discount codes apply to ScreenWick only, only as stated, can't be combined and have no cash value. Discount codes and affiliate offers do not apply to LotteryWick.

Design services and hardware

Design work is refundable before work starts; after the first draft is delivered it is not. Hardware can be returned unused within 14 days in its original packaging.
