Accessibility statement
Last updated October 22, 2026
- We aim for WCAG 2.2 level AA on the websites, the dashboard and the TV player.
- Every page has reading and comfort settings: the person icon on the right.
- Something hard to use? Email us and we will help you do it another way while we fix it.
Our commitment
ScreenWick and LotteryWick are used by store owners, cashiers and managers of every age and ability, often on a phone at the counter. We design for that: plain words, large tap targets, keyboard access, and colors chosen for contrast and for color-blind readers.
What we have done
- Pages work with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link.
- Light, dark and system themes, and a high-contrast option, with text contrast checked against WCAG AA.
- Reading and comfort settings: text size up to 200%, readable type, letter and line spacing, reading guide, highlighted links and headings, reduced motion and more. They stay on your device.
- Your device's reduced-motion setting is always respected; sliders and moving effects stop.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
- Dialogs, switches and tabs use standard roles so screen readers announce them correctly.
- Charts in the dashboard have hover details and the same figures in tables.
Known limits
- The TV player shows content each store creates. We give templates with readable sizes and contrast, but we cannot check every slide a store makes.
- Videos uploaded by stores may not have captions. In-store screens play without sound, so we recommend text on screen for anything important.
- Some dense dashboard tables are easier to use on a larger screen than on a phone.
We check pages with keyboard navigation and automated tests, and fix problems we find in the next release. These settings and practices support accessibility; they are not a certification of compliance.
Feedback and help
Email hello@lotterywick.com with the page and what happened. We reply within one business day, and if something blocks you we will help you complete the task another way, for example by email or over the phone you give us.
