LotteryWick display terms
Last updated October 22, 2026
- LotteryWick shows your scratch-ticket case and jackpots on your TV and keeps your lottery back office. It does not sell tickets, take bets or connect to your lottery terminal.
- Your state lottery's official numbers and your terminal's reports always win over anything LotteryWick shows.
- LotteryWick is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any state lottery or multi-state game.
These terms add to the Terms of Service for anyone using LotteryWick. If they conflict on a lottery matter, these terms apply.
1. What LotteryWick is
A display and record-keeping tool for licensed lottery retailers: a ticket-case board with slot numbers, prices, prizes left and sold-out flags; jackpot screens; and a back office for packs, daily counts, settlement and reports.
2. What it is not
- It does not sell or validate tickets, accept wagers, or pay prizes.
- It is not a lottery terminal and does not connect to one. Counts and settlement figures are what you and your staff enter or scan.
- It is not legal or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for the reports your state lottery requires.
3. Where the numbers come from
- Jackpots are read from public lottery sources about once an hour and can lag behind official announcements, especially after a draw. The screen shows when they were last updated.
- Game names, prices and prizes left come from public lottery information where available and from what you enter. Prize counts change as tickets are claimed anywhere in the state.
- The official rules, odds and results are those published by your state lottery and the game operators. When anything differs, theirs are correct.
4. Your responsibilities as the retailer
- Keep your board accurate: mark games sold out, remove ended games and fix slot numbers when you rearrange the case.
- Follow your state lottery's retailer rules for advertising, age notices, responsible-gaming messages and displays. LotteryWick includes an age notice and a responsible-gaming line on lottery screens; check they meet your state's rules.
- Reconcile LotteryWick counts and settlements with your terminal reports before paying or filing anything.
- Do not use LotteryWick to sell to anyone under the legal age, or in a place where you are not licensed to sell.
5. Ticket artwork and names
Ticket pictures on our websites and in samples are original illustrations, not real tickets. Game names, logos and marks belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the games you sell. If you upload real ticket images, make sure you are allowed to display them.
6. Mistakes and limits
We work to keep the data current and correct, but LotteryWick is provided as described in the Terms of Service, without a promise that every figure is accurate at every moment. We are not responsible for losses that come from relying on a displayed jackpot, prize count or report instead of official sources. Tell us about a wrong figure and we will look at it within one business day.
7. Responsible play
Lottery games are for adults of legal age. If gambling stops being fun for you or someone you know, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER (US).
